WristReaders were created by designer Michele Smith to solve a huge pain point facing people in mid-life: never having your reading glasses when you need them! Everyone with diminishing close-up vision knows how frustrating it can be to try to read a blurry menu, text, price tag or label. And none of us want to succumb to the stereotypical granny glasses perched on our head or hanging from a chain. Michele considered herself kind of hip and wanted to stay that way! With inspiration from the wearable tech movement, she created a fun and unique alternative for readers that is functional and stylish for both men and women. Now, clarity is always on hand. Literally.
