Through sustainable and people-friendly production practices, Woolhunter creates beautifully designed goods at fair prices. In 2011, a then 27-year-old Frauke Maier first visited Bolivia – a country where 15-percent of the population works in production of luxury fibers yet lives in poverty. This experience, in conjunction with her passion for design and frustration with the lack of innovation and transparency in the textile industry, drove her to start Woolhunter. One of the first companies to share the full cost breakdown of its products, Woolhunter is changing the way we are doing business.
