For milder forms of PMS though, here’s something you can try: an adaptogenic hot chocolate elixir that’s just as delicious as it is nourishing.

PMS Hot Chocolate
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp reishi mushroom powder
1/2 tsp chaga mushroom powder
2 tsp organic cacao
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp collagen (optional)
1 tsp vanilla ghee
1 pinch of cinnamon
