Soa Davies is a culinary powerhouse. After a stint at Eric Ripert’s three Michelin star-awarded Le Bernardin, Davies eventually climbed the ranks to become the Director of Operations, Culinary Producer and Head of Research and Development for Ripert. Soa Davies is now the co-founder of Salt Hospitality with food stylist and consultant Akiko Moorman to provide creative direction and solution services to hotels, restaurants and bars. Davies also showcases her culinary chops as a food stylist and menu conceptualist for the hit HBO series Treme.
