Transformative travel experience: I was recently in Burkina Faso and felt the energy of West Africa, the collage of colors, religions, tribes, foods, smells, past, present and future... amazing!

Favorite neighborhood: Nolita in New York because it embraces all possible worlds in one street.

Dream holiday: Anywhere in the world where the three "s"—space, solitude and silence—coexist in harmony.

If I could solve one problem, it would be: Poverty.

I wish people cared more about: Each other.

The world would be a better place if: People said what they mean and mean what they say.
