During the last 35 years Fattorie Giacobazzi has enlarged its assortment of vinegars and condiments that has traditionally accompanied the family for centuries. The first authorization received by the Giacobazzi farm dates back to the middle of the last century.
This beautiful Balsamic can be paired and is especially nice on hard cheeses, various desserts such as berries, ice cream, chocolate cake or brownies. Also, can be used to make a very special marinade for red meats.
The handsome 0.25L. (250 ml.) bottle has distinctive gold lettering and will stand out in any cupboard or sideboard.
Platinum Quality and aged 12 years. The aroma and fragrance remind one of rich, dark "grape must", thick and dense juicy layers of red fruit and ripe grapes moves us forward to a less acidic, wonderful and sensuous caramel-like finish. Caterina Balsamic Vinegar, aged in French Oak barrels.
