A, B, C, D, E, F, G. Musicians create masterpieces with these notes. In literature, the letters are also associated with great works – like those of Austen, Bronte, Conrad, Dickens, Eco, Flaubert, and Gogol. This beautiful set marries music and literature by featuring classic novels published by Everyman’s Library in custom jackets designed to look like one octave of a piano keyboard. The piano “keys” (each book is about one key) are based on a photo we took of a 1930s Steinway. The author’s last name is printed in an elegant script at the bottom of each volume. Includes: Lord Jim by Joseph Conrad, A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens, The Name of the Rose by Umberto Eco, Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert, The Collected Tales of Nikolai Gogol, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë, and The Moonstone by Wilkie Collins.
Made in the United States.
Juniper Books is all about the reinvention of the printed book, one volume at a time. From their custom jacketed sets, to thoughtfully curated groupings of beautifully published editions, much care and attention to detail goes into every set to ensure they will look great on any bookshelf and will be a rewarding collection to read.
