At TEALEAVES we source our teas and botanicals from the world’s tier-1 gardens. The fuller the leaves, the more robust and complex the palate. Whether from a single-estate or a combination, we carefully source to curate blends that are the very best expression of terroir. We bring the finest teas, flowers and herbs to our blending center, and meticulously cup out each ingredient, searching for the ultimate palate and nuanced complexity. The best harvests are sent to us as samples.

Stand tall, push your feet into the earth, and reach your head to the sky. Inhale slowly and lift your arms over your head. Breathe. Lower your arms and exhale gradually. Finish off with a hot cup of green tea and achieve balance. Namaste. For our Organic Health & Well-Being Tea, our blenders carefully select and blend out five to seven China Anhui tea garden harvests, using 1st flush Young Hyson teas. Known as "Flourishing Spring" or "Yu Chin Cha," this organic green tea is selected only from Chun Mee (small, twisted leaf) with a small percentage of Foong Mee (larger, curly leaf). This blend of green tea helps to prevent colds and flu as it contains vitamin C, which boosts the immune system. Tealeaves also contain vitamins A, B, K, and P. The tea is rich in fluorides, which help to prevent tooth decay. The essential oils aid in digestion and help prevent halitosis. This tea is also a mild stimulant, clearing the mind and fighting fatigue. Green tea is thought to contain as much as 90% more polyphenols than black tea.
