Inspired by vintage enamelware camp cups, these hand thrown stoneware mugs are treated with a special two-toned glaze to achieve a speckled appearance. The proportional, well-considered handle ensures comfort when nursing a mug of hot cocoa, Irish coffee or organic tea, and the unglazed tapered foot allows for neat, nested storage
Made from fire and glazed stoneware, these mugs are solid and durable, but it is best to handle with care to prevent chips and breakage. Food, microwave and dishwasher safe.
This creative group of friends—with backgrounds in drawing, sewing, painting, illustration, fabrics and ceramics—enjoy creating and drinking. All of their drinking vessels and accessories are thrown by hand, with the aid of a laser cut template to ensure uniformity in final dimensions and size. Their practice fuses the tradition of a small ceramics studio with a larger production scale. The result is a greater quantity of handmade vessels for more people to enjoy.
Glazed and fired ceramic mug with special two-toned finish. Tapered unglazed foot allows for nested storage. Holds 12 ounces. Hand-thrown and glazed in Portland.
