An abstract devil with a pitchfork sits at a rainbow piano in this abstract work by Dutch-American artist Willem de Kooning. On the top and bottom are parts of the word "Rainbow", the title of this work. Willem de Kooning (1904-1997) is revered as a leader in abstract expressionism, one of the most well-regarded artists of the 20th century. This is quite a famous image by de Kooning. There were two signed and numbered editions totaling no more than 150 pieces. In addition, and using the same plate, are these plate-signed pieces which were run in a limited edition of less than 1000.
