The stools are built as a multifunctional piece using as little material as possible and using simple joints and nails. his stool is great for sitting, stepping or for temporary surfaces. This piece is made entirely out of red cedar by the skilled carpenters in Tlacotalpan. The Carpenter’s Stool is one of the design products resulting from The Chair that Rocks, a cultural initiative started by Studio Jose de la O, where carpenters from Tlacotalpan collaborate with product designers and artists.
