Made in the United States. Coffee pour over stand and Hario V60 glass dripper. Stand crafted with brass and walnut. Dripper crafted with glass. Base measures 5.5. inches x 7 inches x 11 inches. Inside ring measures 3 inches in diameter. Ring can accommodate various pour over cones and bases.
To make coffee, it's easiest to place the entire stand on a kitchen scale to offer some consistency. Grind 20 grams of coffee. Bring the water to a boil and pour over the filter (in the glass/ceramic cone) to pre-wet the filter. Discard the water. Place the grounds in the filter and tare your scale. Pour about 100 grams of water using a spoon to make sure the grounds are wet and in 'solution.' Continue adding water in even intervals until the scale reads 340 grams and let it drain. The brewing should take approximately two minutes and the variation should be done with the grind size and not quantity. If the cup seems watery and weak try a finer grind. If it takes too long to brew, use a coarser grind.
