The whimsical design of this hand-knotted Tibetan style rug was inspired by a scarf unearthed at a Notting Hill thrift shop by founder and designer of Modern Archive, Cathy Brown. It boasts a contemporary floral motif in cheerful colors over an ivory background. This rug is certified with the GoodWeave label, assuring no child labor was used in its creation.
Handmade in Nepal. GoodWeave certified rug with contemporary design. Crafted from wool, silk and cotton.
Care: Modern Archive recommends placing a non-slip pad underneath your rug, vacuuming weekly with a vacuum wand, rotating your rug every four months or so to prevent uneven wear, and sending your rug to a professional rug cleaner. In the unfortunate event of a spill, blot up as much of the spill as possible with a white cloth or paper towels. Do not rub or brush the stain as this may cause damage to the rug pile. With water or soda water dab up remainder of the spot. If the spot persists contact a professional rug cleaner.
