Proudly featured in Oprah's Favorite Things 2015! To create our nine-volume Ernest Hemingway set, we combined several elements of his life and work into one original design. From African grasscloth and the colors of the Spanish flag, to Hem’s iconic signature and a larger than life elephant (like Hemingway himself), the result is a beautiful set to own, read, and grace the shelves. Hemingway enjoyed a long and productive relationship with his publisher Charles Scribner’s Sons, and to this day they publish the best editions available. Our set includes the following nine books published by Scribner Classics: Across the River and Into the Trees, A Farewell to Arms, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Green Hills of Africa, Islands in the Stream, The Sun Also Rises, Death in the Afternoon, Selected Letters 1917-1961, and The Short Stories. All books are brand new from the publisher, Scribner Classics, with jackets designed and printed by Juniper Books on a special tear and water resistant paper.
Made in the United States.
Juniper Books is all about the reinvention of the printed book, one volume at a time. From their custom jacketed sets, to thoughtfully curated groupings of beautifully published editions, much care and attention to detail goes into every set to ensure they will look great on any bookshelf and will be a rewarding collection to read.
