After falling in love with salt in Scandinavia, he returned home to the Pacific Northwest, taste-testing dozens of sites and settled on the incredible taste of Netarts Bay. The brand strives to create the best finishing salt America has to offer, using hand-harvesting techniques from the cold waters of the Oregon Coast.
