So why is it that 3D glasses are so plasticine, oddly-shaped, cheap-looking, and antiquarian? Enter Ingri:Dahl, stage left. Founded by twins Kine and Einy Paulsen, the Los Angeles-based start-up is dedicated to bringing high design to movie theaters and homes with 3D TVs. You may need these more than you think: Sony and other Hollywood studios plan to stop distributing free 3D glasses over the summer.
