About Rozendal

Rozendal has been making superior botanical vinegars out of its Stellenbosch, South Africa organic family farm since 1988. The Ammann family uses the traditional slow French Orleans method of vinegar preparation with a Bordeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet grape cultivars. Incredibly delicious and healthy, the resulting artisanal vinegar is matured in oak barrels for 12 years.
