Robert Farber's style has influenced generations of photographers through his international exhibitions in galleries and museums. His ten fine art books have sold over a half a million copies, and his work has been featured at the Smithsonian Institute, The George Eaman House as well as universities and professional groups throughout the United States, Japan, Australia and Europe. Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis brought Farber into Doubleday to publish his book "By the Sea", which won the Art Director's Award for color photography.
