Gérald Ghislain was born in the South of France and brought up in Morocco. He began his career as a chef and still owns a bar in Paris. After training at the Institut Supérieur International du Parfum de la Cosmetique et de l’Aromatique Alimentaire (ISIPCA), he launched Histoires de Parfums in 1999 and began creating rare and delicate perfumes. He works with Magali Sénéquier to create scents that evoke stories.
