THE STORY
Master florist Olivier Giugni grew up in Provence, the heart of the French fragrance industry. He brings the Provencal love of color and whimsy to all his arrangements, including his popular preserved roses. Of his signature style, he says, “My work has movement and depth. It is never flat.” From his atelier on Manhattan’s West Fourteenth Street Guigni creates floral arrangements for such New York City landmarks as the Carlyle Hotel and chef Daniel Boulud’s celebrated restaurants.
