THE STORY
The founders of Stephen James Luxury wanted a vegan, organic whole food energy bar that was also delicious. Observing the market for energy bars, they discovered many of the products to be nothing more than over hyped candy bars, and the actual health bars were lacking in flavors and taste. Therefore, it was the company’s mission to create a great tasting energy bar that would be made of the world’s highest grade foods. Both founders traveled all over the world to assemble the ingredients and collaborated with renowned chefs to experiment in the kitchen. What resulted were the SJ Luxury bars that were costly to craft due to the time intensive pre-sprouting system. However, they realized that purest quality foods were quickly becoming a new luxury in the world, and thus, they decided to maintain the value of their creations.
