By Pull + Push"Kiso" stands for “foundation” in Japanese, and this concrete tray is divided into 3 rooms, giving heavy smokers more choices of space to smoke (even by the stairs!). For non-smokers, these rooms can be turned into organizers for desk supplies, such as paper clips or pins.

Designer Nobuhiro Sato of Pull + Push is not one to let humble materials hold him back—this series of quirky concrete planters and ashtrays for small items all riff on ordinary ole concrete. Each item is handcrafted by the designer.
