We’ve got two varieties of this rare and delicious treat: Castillo de Canena Picual Family Reserve, made from large, elongated Picual olives and has a rich, ripe flavor; and Castillo de Canena Arbequino Family Reserve, which is pressed from small, round Arbequino olives and boasts a distinctive, citrus-tinged spiciness. Either one of these exceptional oils will elevate a meal into a bona fide occasion.
