One of the best things about having children is the unlimited access to toys. In fact, we sometimes use our kids as cover to buy things specifically so we can play with them. Which is why we were so tickled to find these Lego-adorned clutches—finally, Legos made just for mommy!

Designer Mariasole Cecchi of Les Petits Joueurs clearly knows her market. She designed her first bag one evening when she had a box of Legos at her side and time on her hands. Friends raved, she decided to get serious about her project and a business was born, which she promptly named Les Petits Joueurs, which means “the little players” in French.

We’re offering three of Les Petit Joueurs’s styles. Mondrian, available in black suede, is adorned with a mosaic inspired by the Lego-colored grid paintings of Piet Mondrian. The leopard print, available in blue or red on black suede, is a Pop-art take on a classic fashion print. And the piano keyboard style, available in yellow suede, is jazzy and fun (we also predict that it will be irresistible to children, who are going to love “playing” it). Les Petits Joueurs clutches are handmade by traditional artisans in Cecchi’s hometown of Florence, Italy.

The bags feature magnetic closures and removable shoulder straps. Inside each is one zippered pocket and a small pouch that’s tethered to the bag with its own strap, so you can easily access keys and change.
