Details: This gourmet salt is pure, hand-mined deep inside the pristine Himalayan Mountains. The high mineral content of the Himalayan salt crystals ranges in color from sheer white to varying shades of pink to deep reds. The darker the color the more minerals are in the salt.
Care: When used hot, it is best to heat in your oven to give them even heat. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth and store. They will chip and crack over time, this is normal when used as a cooking stone.
