Shay Accessories was started by Ladan and Tania Shayan, a mother and daughter team from Los Angeles. The pair began by mixing vintage and modern elements into custom pieces for their own use. Friends and acquaintances demanded jewelry for themselves and the Shayans soon found themselves at the helm of a thriving business. “The goal of each piece is to make the customer wearing it shine with an exquisite sense of individuality,” they say.
