Hailing from Lyon, France, it is in New York that he has truly mastered the dining scene and is today regarded one of America's leading culinary authorities. The Épicerie Boulud bakery and café is the latest jewel in his culinary crown, which includes Pleiades, DB Bistro Moderne, Bar Boulud, DBGB Kitchen and Bar.
