Daniel Boulud is Chef-Owner of several award-winning restaurants worldwide, including Daniel, Café Boulud and DB Bistro Moderne. Hailing from Lyon, France, it is in New York that he has truly mastered the dining scene and is today regarded one of America's leading culinary authorities. The Épicerie Boulud bakery and café is the latest jewel in his culinary crown, which includes Pleiades, DB Bistro Moderne, Bar Boulud, DBGB Kitchen and Bar. Beyond Manhattan he has opened Café Boulud in Palm Beach and DB Bistro Moderne in downtown Miami.
