In 2010 Vanessa (Hnina) was pregnant with twins. Having chocolate cravings and a family history of diabetes she was looking for healthy gourmet chocolates but could not find any in stores. Necessity is the mother of invention and she started making her own, drawing from her French born and raised gourmet sensibilities, Los Angeles based health consciousness and ancestral Tunisian traditions. Her organic truffles are made with raw cacao, sprouted nuts & seeds, raw honey, pure maple, pure vanilla & zero additives.
