Founded by Hein Mevissen, Diederiekje Bok and Sam Stewart, John Doe Amsterdam is the designer behind John's Phone. The company maintains an air of mystery due to its belief that it’s all about the work and not the people behind the work. Many of its designs are all around the media but the unidentified element of being a ‘John Doe’ keeps the products at the forefront.
